Job Description
The employee is responsible for proper high quality and timely execution of his job obligations. The employee is responsible for a final design amendment based on stake holders comments and gain full approval.
Duties:
- Work with internal teams to generate proposal and improvement ideas.
- Present and defend motion design to stakeholders and product management teams.
- Establish and promote motion design guidelines.
- Control motion design quality and established guidelines across multiple projects
- Execute all motion design stages from concept to final handoff to development.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Participate in meetings and regular design reviews.
- Estimate the time required to complete the work.
- Have a professional approach to costs and deadlines.
- Complete projects by coordinating with internal teams.
- Perform other duties as asked by the manager which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
- Brainstorm different ideas to solve motion design related problems.
- Replace colleagues during their vacations sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time and it is not considered as additional work.
- Stay current with trends in the design and industry field.
- Provide quality control over projects.
- Report to direct manager.
Qualifications :
- Secondary education.
- 4 years of experience in the related industry.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent written oral communication and organizational skills.
- Uptodate knowledge of industry software.
- Uptodate knowledge of industrystandard design and animation best practices.
- Solid understanding of animation principles timing and motion curves.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with a demonstrated ability to translate ideas into visually compelling and effective designs.
- Understanding of design principles user experience and interaction design.
- Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with UI/UX and crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design requirements and fastpaced project timelines.
- Understanding of online gaming.
