About the opportunity
Join our Xplor Gym Team as an Account Executive in Australia to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers experiences.
Reporting into the General Manager for Xplor Gym youll help us launch our new Xplor Gym product into new territories playing a pivotal role in establishing our presence and fostering meaningful connections within the fitness space.
Some of the other responsibilities include:
- Identify attract and convert business opportunities. Support new business by completing sales demos (remote & in person) contributing to marketing strategies and generating sales proposals.
- Researching and finding prospects using online platforms (e.g. Instagram LinkedIn) marketing lists and in person events. This will include cold calling & emailing to grow and maintain a prospective pipeline.
- Achieve agreed revenue targets for each quarter based on volume revenue and margin. Provide recommendations for initiatives which help maximise financial/sales performance.
- Design a sales execution plan in alliance with Senior Leadership team and work with Sales Team to deliver this.
- Develop customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the Onboarding and Go Live phases to ensure a source of referrals and testimonials.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team detailing number of leads demos closed won and opportunities.
Location: In this position you can work from home 100% anywhere in Australia provided you have eligible working rights. However there is a preference for Melbourne based candidates.

Required qualifications for this role:
- Previous experience in an Account Executive Business Development or a Sales Management role
- Previous experience in Fitness or SaaS sales highly advantageous
- Experience and success in contract negotiation and account development
- Experience managing client relationships at multiple levels from frontline to Board level
- Staff management experience
- Proactive selfmotivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
- Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities
- Motivated by a fastpaced environment where you will have to constantly adapt no two days are the same!
- Youre a true team player who knows that we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves
- You align with our four core values and youre simply a good human
