- Drive enhancements and efficiencies for services that are used by every ServiceNow customer
- Help define and drive the future of longterm data storage options and access patterns
- Be part of a highperforming Product team that is accountable empowered and works together to deliver outcomes that matter
- Influence other product teams by being the expert in your domain
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8 years of Product Management experience or equivalent in a technical role
- 3 plus years experience in a SaaS company
- Domain expertise in long term storage options and data retention policies
- Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on customer needs
- Experiencedefining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customercentric solutions
- Drive solution development through bigpicture solution development
- Ability to inspire and align engineering teams to deliver exceptional experiences

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $142700 $249800 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
