Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Central Team. The Central team focuses on providing one north star experience to all our customers at Wolt. Youll be collaborating closely with research motion content design as well as the design system and operation team.
This will be someone who has mastered the craft of turning insights into beautifully designed products who can inspire organisations through prototyping and storytelling to ensure their final work has maximum impact for the customer.

Operate as a thought leader communicating and advocating for design decisions across teams and with senior stakeholders often influencing companywide decisions
Handle highly ambiguous and complex problems that require broader perspective cross functional collaboration and long term thinking
Design end to end crafting visually delightful experiences
Thrive in a fastpaced organisation
Are curious about new AI technologies and how we can use them in design
What youll do:
- Listen carefully. The better you understand our users problems the better your solutions will be. Its important for us to know we are solving for real people and not just the loudest voice in the room.
- Collaborate across teams. Youll partner closely with product engineering and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. Youll provide the thought leadership to inspire and develop the right design direction. Together youll solve problems and come up with solutions that delight our users.
- Imagine the way forward. Youll take full ownership of your work and be responsible for every last detail every step of the way.
Who you are:
Experience. Youve been designing for 10 years (app and desktop) for a consumerfocused tech company so understand what it takes to create elegant consumeroriented experiences.
Mastery. You are a versatile tshaped designer who uses a full range of skillsproduct design interaction design and visual designto ensure you deliver magical experiences to the user.
Youre a strong communicator. You can inspire teams towards action and empathy for the user.
You have a peoplefocused design mentality. Constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether thats handson user research or a quantitative A/B test.
