Regional Sales Performance Manager

Sixt is looking for a Regional Sales Performance Manager for the South Florida area to manage the of sales and service program. The territory would include 3 major airports and 12 downtown branches spanning throughout south Florida. Their primary focus will be developing the management team to support coaching and development of employees optimizing the rental experience by selling extras based on the customers needs and providing exceptional customer service. The Regional Sales Performance Manager report to a Sr. RSPM will be expected to facilitate training for the employees and managers as well as becoming an expert on our fleet and ancillary products and ensure that the branches in their region are properly educating our customers on the products that will enhance their rental experience. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask 
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You regularly consult with branch managers and regional managers to review branch progress and design action plans to help the management address areas of opportunity in sales and service performance. 
  • You coach branch managers on how to train the Employees on sales service and goal setting. 
  • You trains employees and managers on how to create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer. 
  • You participate with managers to holds workshops for rental agents reviewing sales cycle and role plays 
  • You implement motivational contests to build employee morale and improve branch culture 
  • You complete daily weekly and monthly reporting and updates to action plans to senior management team members

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education You have a Bachelors Degree
  • Experience You have a minimum of 2 years of sales management/training and coaching experience and a minimum of 5 years customer of customer service experience
  • Technical Proficiency You have excellent computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 
  • Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills can multitask effectively and excel in professional communication 
  • Commitment to Excellence You have experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions
  • Travel You are able to travel 6080% some of which may be by airplane
