Pilots at flyadeal are responsible for the safe and legal operation of the aircraft based on Aviation Administration governances.
Delivering the highest of standards while maintaining the maximum in safety standards to deliver service that contributes to the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 4000 hours on A320 type or turbojet aircraft over 30 tons with FMC, EFIS or glass cockpit equipment.
Minimum of 2000 hours pilot in command (PIC) on A320 type or turbojet aircraft over 30 tons with FMC, EFIS or glass cockpit equipment.
Hold a current and valid GACA or ICAO ATPL.
Current A320 Type rating or turbojet aircraft over 30 tons.
Hold a Class 1 Medical certificate issued by GACA or EASA / FAA equivalent.
Have a minimum ELP level 4 .
No record of flight accident/incident. No criminal record.
Age Limit 58 years at date of joining.
Aviation (Pilot Captain)
A Pilot Captain is the commanding officer of an aircraft and is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the flight from takeoff to landing.
Key Responsibilities:
Flight Operations: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight (takeoff, cruise, landing).
Flight Planning: Oversee flight planning, including route selection, fuel calculations, and weather analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Pre-Flight Checks: Perform or supervise pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is in optimal condition.
Crew Management: Lead the flight crew (co-pilots, flight attendants), ensuring clear communication and team coordination.
Passenger Safety: Oversee the safety of passengers and crew members, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Emergency Handling: Take charge in the event of an emergency, ensuring the safety of the aircraft and its occupants.
Key Skills:
Extensive aviation training and licensing.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage stress in emergency situations.
In-depth knowledge of flight navigation, instruments, and systems.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the flight is in compliance with all aviation regulations, including air traffic control instructions and government guidelines.
Communication: Communicate with air traffic control, ground crew, and other relevant entities regarding flight status, weather conditions, and any incidents.
Post-Flight Responsibilities: Ensure proper documentation of the flight, including safety reports, maintenance checks, and crew feedback.
