Job Description
Work shifts across Food & Beverage and Front Office departments on rotating roster
Lead train and motivate team members across operation departments
Enthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional service
Ability to multitask with a cando attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to cope under pressure and handle guest complaints
A high standard of personal presentation
Qualifications :
Availability to work 4 x 10 hour shifts including weekends
Previous experience of 1 year or more in a supervisory or team leader role in a Front Office background or Food & Beverage background
Must hold a Current General Mangers certificate or ability to obtain
Knowledge of Opera Opera Cloud or similar property operation system

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside its a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.
Our two hotels include Atlas Caf & Restaurant and Clarkes Bar ibis restaurant. 10 conference/Banquet rooms and InBalance Fitness Centre.
This newly created role works across both our Food & Beverage and Front Office departments reporting to Operations Manager this role would be ideal for a supervisor looking for development across operations at a duty manager level
