Job Description
As Kids Activities Attendant you will create and lead fun engaging activities and programs for children staying at our hotel. We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals with full availability on weekends and school holidays to ensure memorable experiences for our young guests. Your role will play a key part in creating lasting memories for families during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate a variety of indoor and outdoor activities including arts and crafts games sports and educational workshops.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participating children by adhering to proper supervision protocols.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where children can learn play and socialize with their peers.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on activities and address any specific needs or concerns.
- Collaborate with other hotel team members to coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth operation of the kids holiday program.
Qualifications :
- Full availability on weekends and during school holiday periods and the ability to work flexible hours
- Previous experience working with children in daycare camp or educational setting preferred.
- Must hold a blue card recognised by the state of Queensland
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with genuine passion for working with kids.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and Frist Aid certifications would be highly beneficial
