Job Description
Bar Person Nights Mixologist.
Are you passionate about guest interaction creativity and hosting bar As a Night Mixologist bar person you will work in our Clarkes Bar to create unforgettable evening experiences for our guests.
What you will be doing:
- Engaging and interacting with guests
- Mixing and serving beverages out of Clarkes Bar
- Liaising internally with staff to ensure sufficient stock
- General maintenance clearing and cleaning of Clarkes Bar
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality and a high standard of presentation is essential
- A passion for creating an engaging but professional evening atmosphere
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- LCQ is an asset but not essential
