Job Description
What you will be doing
- Manage and lead the Sales and Marketing team to exceed hotel budget groups C&E food & beverage and marketing ROIs
- Responsible for total business revenues
- Develop and execute the commercial strategies based on market analysis and business intelligence
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships
- Maintain extensive knowledge surrounding all customers key partners and exceed in a competitive landscape
Qualifications :
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong background in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
- Senior experience in brand management traditional / digital marketing and Ecommerce
- Proven record of results and experience in the luxury hotel industry
- Experience in multitasking and forging key stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial acumen exposure to contracting and development new business
- Domestic and international experience
