Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeler specializing in Plumbing Firefighter Systems and Public Health Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and managing detailed BIM models coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to project standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Role:
Lead the creation and management of detailed BIM models for MEP systems focusing on Plumbing Firefighter Systems and Public Health Engineering.
Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to integrate various MEP components into a cohesive and coordinated model.
Perform clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
Ensure all BIM models comply with relevant standards guidelines and protocols including those specific to public health facilities and MEP systems.
Manage BIM workflows and processes ensuring timely delivery of highquality BIM deliverables.
Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency.
Company Role:
Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide training on BIM best practices and advanced software tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM workflows and projectrelated information.
Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and trends recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
QHSE Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to company Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures.
Enforce QHSE protocols in the workplace to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Report any QHSE incidents promptly to the relevant department and legal authorities if required.

Qualifications :
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Public Health Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 78 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination with a focus on Plumbing Firefighter Systems and Public Health Engineering.
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
Experience working on Middle East projects is highly desirable.
Additional Information :
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems including water supply drainage and firefighting systems.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
