As a key member of our team you will contribute to creating memorable dining moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
- Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Displaying comprehensive knowledge of our menu and confidently suggesting food and beverage options to enhance the dining experience.
- Serving Food and Beverages: Providing efficient and professional service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests promptly addressing their needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
This role requires availability for breakfast and dinner shifts and flexibility to work across all seven days of the week including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications :
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
- A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Proven experience delivering highquality customer service.
- Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Reliability with the ability to perform effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
