Job Description
Context:
On behalf of one of its major clients Egis has conducted an initial study that defined the clients obligations relative to the CP1 regulation and assessed their current status regarding the associated implementation requirements along with a roadmap for what remains to be done. The project is now focused on ensuring a successful implementation to reach compliance with the regulation in due time and to do so Egis is seeking an individual who can closely collaborate with the clients teams on site. This role is critical in facilitating communication coordinating efforts and driving progress towards our client meeting compliance with the CP1 regulation.
More than joining a project Egis Aviation team is looking for an individual with a range of expertise experience and interest in the aviation industry to join its team and contribute to fulfilling its expanding order book.
Content:
On behalf of the client you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the CP1 regulation:
- review the preparatory work already completed
- develop and implement a detailed strategic roadmap
- monitor and coordinate ongoing initiatives
- launch remaining projects
- maintain a comprehensive overview of the compliance efforts
- report to our clients top management
- manage risks and develop mitigation plans as needed
Because an effective communication is a key aspect of this mission you will need to engage and convince stakeholders as well as fostering collaboration across teams. Your proactivity is essential to anticipate challenges and facilitate progress.

Localisation:
Most of the time (several days a week) you will be onsite with the client in the Brussels airport area. The rest of the time you can work from the Egis office in the European Quarter or work remotely within Belgium.
Qualifications :
Mandatory requirements:
- Degree qualified in aviation disciplines.
- Prior experience in working within aviation particularly strategic projects.
- Familiarity or prior experience working in a management consulting or project / program management background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English
Nice to have:
- Very good spoken and written skills in French and/or Dutch
- Knowledge of the Common Project 1 (CP1) regulation (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/116).
- Technical knowledge of one or several CP1 ATM functionalities (AFs)
