Job Description

Procore is looking for a Manager Commercial Sales Account Executives to lead mentor and develop a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new logo Commercial business through prospecting technical demonstrations supporting deals to close and more. In this role youll drive a highperformance highaccountability culture. Youll develop and own key performance indicators (KPI) for the Account Executive team while consistently monitoring and tracking results and driving team execution to meet and exceed sales goals. This position reports to a Director Commercial Sales and could be based in our Carpinteria CA office Austin TX office or remote. Were looking for candidates to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to work with Procores customer base to prospect and research accounts identify key players generate interest and obtain business requirements

  • Work closely with the SDR and SE leadership teams to ensure alignment and client success

  • Attract hire and retain highperforming Account Executives by driving a performance culture within the team

  • Provide training and support to the team to better understand the role Procores products (industry market proposition) and best practices

  • Work closely with sales leadership and reps to ensure lead quality quantity and proper followup

  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the teams performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on individual performance and historical trends

  • Quarterly travel to client onsite visits

 

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience

  • 5 years in quotacarrying software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)

  • 2 years of management experience in a sales environment or demonstrated leadership skills in a previous role

  • Track record in hiring developing and promoting sales representatives

  • Proven experience selling via product demonstrations email and social selling with consistent track record of 100% quota achievement as an individual contributor

  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology and demonstrated experience with Salesforce

  • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills


Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $102197 $156135 plus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of $204394 $312269. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
