Job Description
- Promotes Agility both as a framework and mindset
- Collaborates in managing backlogs and ensures new requests are in line with Definition of Ready
- Ensures deliverables are compliant with quality standards according to Avaloq Definition of Done
- Supports the Domain Lead in managing the Domain Backlog
- Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration between Teams Domains and Divisions
- Ensures the Development Team is having regular Planning Review Retrospective ... meetings as required by the chosen Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban/other...)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a relevant field preferred
- Certified scrum master SAFe preferred
- Functional Knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System is highly preferred
- 3 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
