- Collaborating with management to deliver effective business solutions
- Providing comprehensive advice guidance coaching and support to employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle encompassing onboarding communication employee relations learning and development offboarding and more.
- Designing and implementing training and development programs for leadership talent development and employee upskilling initiatives
- Actively participating in sourcing strategies to attract toptier talent proactively
- Establishing mentoring and coaching frameworks to enhance leadership capabilities
- Contributing to the creation and alignment of a cohesive organizational culture program
- Managing seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Enhancing HR systems and practices through continuous improvement efforts
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records training files and personnel documentation
- Participating in HR projects and actively contributing to the achievement of HR key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications :
Heres what youll bring to the table:
- Minimum four years of HR experience with tertiary qualifications in HR/Business (desirable) coupled with a sound understanding of the Fiji workplace legislative framework (essential)
- A good understanding of employment legislation and how to apply in a corporate or complex environments
- Able to work across the entire spectrum of HR and contribute to an uplift in processes systems and practices
- Analytical mindset with an ability to deep dive into processes and data as required
