Job Description

If you enjoy hunting new business and the thrill of the WIN along with building relationships with future customers then youre whom were looking for to grow our sales team! With uncapped earning potential the Senior Account Executive will be part of our dynamic sales organization responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities. You will qualify leads identify decisionmakers determine customer needs present and demonstrate our solutions overcome objections and close sales making you the owner of the full sales cycle. As a new AE to insightsoftware youll receive training and development with tremendous opportunities for advancement for top performers! You will report to the VP of Sales and this is a remote position

What will you do

  • Develop and execute sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting qualifying managing and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue quotas
  • Use a consultative approach to diagnose our customers needs
  • Remain highly knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales efforts
  • Practice effective excellent communication with management customers and support staff
  • WIN close deals and acquire new customers
  • Own your accounts and own your account and contact development pipeline generation and forecast

Are you a fit

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years software sales experience required
  • Experience managing and closing complex salescycles
  • Able to manage a toptier named account list of Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience in lease (financing administration accounting) for equipment and real estate is a plus
  • Comfortable interacting with Csuite in particular the Office of the CFO
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Ability to work from home
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Adisciplined approach to daily activity planning setting goals and achieving results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including cold calls proposal preparation and presentation skills
  • Must have energy drive commitment and passion

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of applicable experience (Enterprise sales Fortune 1000 3 to 9 month sales cycles)
  • Finance background (ie: ability to sell financial software to the office of the CFO)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Equipment leasing experience (financing administration compliance) is a plus
  • Corporate Real Estate experience is a plus
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Familiar with salesforce salesloft highspot and other key sales tools
  • Experience with Meddic/Meddpicc
  • Experience selling SaaS applications
  • Excellent communication client and time management negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with csuite executives
  • Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities resolve conflicts close deals and meet/exceed revenue goals
  • Demonstrated ability to find manage and close highlevel business within a named account list of new and existing customers
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to managea large number ofprospect situations simultaneously while positioning solutions against direct and indirect competitors
