Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager Learning Operations to join our International Training & Development Team.

As a Project Manager Learning Operations in the International Training & Development Team you are responsible to enhance the user experience and business value of our Awardwinning digital learning platform called The Book of Rituals. It is currently serving more than 15.000 users across the globe from employees working in stores as well as at our Head Offices. You are the bridge between our end user and the business. Therefore you are in close contact with our local training teams and are always seeking for feedback. You know where to find the gaps and can translate needs and wishes into simple user stories. Together with the other key internal stakeholders you make sure to deliver a stateoftheart learning platform.

Furthermore you will: 

  • Be responsible for the setup improvement and maintenance of our digital learning platform within Rituals 
  • Actively gather user feedback and generate meaningful data insights to make data based decisions 
  • Translate business needs in user stories and influence our internal roadmap as well as external roadmaps of stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and implement platform improvements with the end user in mind  
  • Optimize the User Experience of The Book of Rituals for both learners managers content creators local training teams and administrators  
  • Cocreate sustainable strategies on multiple topics such as user rights gamifications skillbased learning and more. 
  • Work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to get the best out of the collaboration and the product  
  • Advise the Learning Designers to find creative ways to improve digital learning content on the platform 

Qualifications :

Highly motivated and high on energy low on ego and with a little bit of humor. You live the Rituals brand and you are contagious in your passion for digital learning innovations and trends.. You are a strategic thinker and have an intrinsic motivation for continuous improvement methodologies You love to solve challenging issues and know how to keep your stakeholders satisfied and aligned.  

  • Have at least 5 years of work experience in L&D LMS systems UX and reporting 
  • Experience in Learning Design Training or L&D Management and experience with Digital Learning tools 
  • Knowledge of didactics adult learning 70:20:10 model knowledge transfer principles  
  • Experience in project management stakeholder management and implementation of learning solutions/interventions 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

As Project Manager Learning Operations within the Retail International Training & Development Team you report directly to the Senior Manager Learning Design & Operations. Apart from that you will work closely with our People & Organizational Development and Business Technology team. Together this team takes responsibility for providing all our colleagues with the skills and knowledge to be a successful Rituals employee.
