You will report into the Lead Delivery Analyst.
What you will do:
- Attend client workshops and supporting with eliciting relevant solution requirements.
- Support with informative presentations of the solution delivered to other teams.
- Work on relevant issues and risks ensuring all of them are identified tracked reported on and resolved in a timely manner escalating to the appropriate management.
- Ensure client engagement throughout all client delivery phases.
- Conduct software configuration across multiple software suites.
- Perform analytical tasks to support clients in defect resolution.
- Offer comprehensive client support throughout the entire project lifecycle (Build Test Run).
- Contribute to a vibrant Community of practice encouraging continuous improvement.
Youll collaborate with some of the worlds largest organizations helping them respond swiftly to market dynamics and opportunities.
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in stakeholder management
- A natural inclination to proactivity
- The ability to work within a team or under guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including the latest versions of Powerpoint Word Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with JIRA Confluence MS Teams and Service Now
- Experience working in agile environments in a KANBANdriven setting
- Familiarity with a Windowsbased operating systems
- Working knowledge of XML/JSON
- Working Knowledge of soap/restful APIs
- Prior experience in delivering/configuring software solutions
