Job Description
Compendial Group Leader responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervise others in performing clients service requirements
- Coach train and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
- Foster motivation and morale
- Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
- Prepare and review job plans conduct semiannual performance reviews interview applicants keep training records up to date for assigned employees perform succession planning in preparation for growth
- Coach and develop individuals and team to maximize performance
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry or other related degree concentration or equivalent directlyrelated experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one fulltime year of college in a related major)
- Analytical laboratory skills.
- Experience with the following techniques: color clarity visual pH osmolality density concentration solid state extraction HIAC KarlFisher.
- Collaborative personality and acute attention to detail.
- Good troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Good verbal communication organization presentation and technical writing skills.
Additional Information :
- Position is Monday Friday 8:00 am5:00 pm. Overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis IN are encouraged to apply.
