Job Description
- Definition and deployment of TEF strategy and targets in manufacturing area.
- Establish and optimize TEF organization and ensure competence of TEF function.
- Establish the manufacturing process and MAE development strategy and ensure the implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement of process development and maintenance.
- Drive the introduction of digital transformation and lead I 4.0 strategy establishment and deployment.
- Collaborate with MOE to realize process standardization.
Qualifications :
Managerial:
Strategic thinking and strong execution
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Technical:
New technology adaption and application ability
Production process knowledge
Manufacturing data security and protection
Methodological:
TPM knowledge
Solid knowhow of Bosch Production System
Industrial engineering /ergonomics (Basic)
I4.0 knowledge and insight
