Job Description
Strategy Implementation: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify and eliminate nonvalueadded activities for manufacturing excellence Assess and ensure implementation of BPS elements in alignment with Plant BPS vision
Employee Engagement and Improvement Initiatives: Provide support for improvement projects by facilitating BPS tools communicate results in line with BPS standards and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve BPS maturity in the value stream
Competence Development: Develop BPS competency by imparting training schedule networking events to benchmark on lean manufacturing practices
Assessments: Enable cross functional teams to address the operational issues and achieve BPS objectives
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial & production
Experience:
- Min 35 years in manufacturing
- Experience of participating in lean improvement projects
- Experience in lean methods related with production and logistics
Additional Information :
Knowledge:
- Competence knowledge of lean manufacturing and logistics methods
- Advanced creative approach to problem solving
- Advanced continuous improvement
Functional Skills:
- Competent in BPS methodology and implementation of BPS elements in manufacturing
- Expert in problem analysis problemsolving and design thinking
