Job Description
Responsibilities
Engaging with Universities in China region and creating students database for full time and internships opening with NielsenIQ
Serve as the primary point of contact for early career candidates universities and hiring departments and manage EC projects in China.
Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and understand key requirements for EC recruitment and social recruitment then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
Managing and executing full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing selection offer negotiation etc.
Proactive highlevel sourcing such as Linkedin Recruiter networking events local job boards and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives and attracting a diverse candidate slate
Support global and regional TA projects and other tasks upon assignme
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human resources business administrations psychology or equivalent is preferred
13 years experience in handling early career as well as social recruitment.
Have Project Management experience and experience of finding passive candidates
Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking in English
Detailoriented able to do multitask in a fastpaced energetic environment
Selfmotivation strong time management and organizational skills
