Your role is to ensure that you provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all customers members visitors and internal stakeholders reflecting professionalism and our dedication to excellence. The mission to excite and delight extends beyond the reception area to delivering the highest standards on internal floors ensuring every interaction and space represents the highest quality our clients expect.
Some of your duties will be to check in visitors conduct building tours and inductions for new starters take pride in ensuring meeting rooms reflect a high standard of presentation provide administrational assistance create and deliver presentations and monitoring inboxes
Hours: 18 hours a week from MonWed
Salary: 14396
Qualifications :
A strong background in administration reception and hosting with a proven ability to deliver excellent client care and maintain high standards in professional environments.
