Job Description

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing solutions driving implementation and assisting with requirements translation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The focus of this role will be on supporting the sales team in their activities with the Dynamics 365 platform as well as high level solution architecture.

This senior level position will coordinate with and mentor both local and offshore development teams.  They will also present and explain systems solutions to executive stakeholders and must be comfortable having open discussions with senior executives.

The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation process with Dynamics 365 which helps product owners translate business requirements into solutions which will allow our extensive sales and account management team to manage customer relations to drive our global logistics business.

This position is onsite and will reside in the greater Seattle WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 at an enterprise scale
  • C# JavaScript Power Automate Power BI Azure functions Azure event hub
  • Developing and deploying solutions using Azure Cloud infrastructure
  • Strong development experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual Agents Power BI RPA etc.) including appropriate architect level certification
  • Strong technical leadership to help a team succeed
  • Ability to present to the executive stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of software development lifecycle development management release management data migration cutover planning and golive support
  • Exposure in Cloud Storage Services (Azure SQL Blob storage etc.)
  • Experience working with offshore development teams
  • Experience of Agile methodology
  • Collaborative mindset

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Customer Voice platform
  • Experience with code review ADO pipelines
  • Experience with mentoring

Additional Information :

Expected base salary:  $165000 to $240000
