Job Description

Are you passionate about driving growth building lasting client relationships and delivering excellence in the mining and minerals industry We are looking for a motivated and resultsoriented Sales Executive to join our team in Orange. In this role youll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by identifying opportunities developing innovative solutions and collaborating with diverse teams across our organization.

Your primary responsibilities include however not limited to:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales activity in identified markets proactively building a solid pipeline and successfully converting opportunities to achieve KPIs.
  • Ensure sales activities contribute to strong margin growth by strategically assessing clients and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Natural Resources sales team and other business unit sales teams to share opportunities work on crossfunctional initiatives and grow both new and existing client accounts.
  • Identify strategic opportunities through market analysis and sales development.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders while upholding a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for service enhancements or new offerings.
  • Collaborate on onsite lab sales proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs and tenders ensuring project scope schedules and budgets are accurately planned and communicated.
  • Work with the National Sales and Marketing team on strategic initiatives to develop crosspromotional synergies and programs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events such as trade shows conferences and conventions.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Experience working in the sales environment. 
  • Experience working in a minerals laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of onsite laboratory operations in minesite settings.
  • Familiarity with the mining and minerals industry.
