- Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Anticipate client needs deliver personalized solutions and exceed expectations to foster longterm loyalty and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
- Champion initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.

RequirementsHAW1
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Energy Digital Transformation Engineering & Robotics; or Talent Solutions with a proven track record of success in strategic leadership roles.
- Able to develop new business opportunities and add value to the company
- Possess vast networking with proven track record of success in business development with a focus on digital solutions and engineering services.
