Job Description

Description

  • Lead calibration validation and maintenance of instrumentation and metering systems (e.g. Pressure/Temperature Transmitters densitometers turbine meters).
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards safety protocols and internal regulations (e.g. ePTW and manual PTW).
  • Analyze metering data resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate measurement of crude oil and gas flow.
  • Collaborate with operations maintenance and HSE teams to optimize performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on system performance and calibration outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead commissioning of new instrumentation systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Control Systems Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in instrumentation and metering systems preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with PLCs Gas Chromatography DBB valves and safetycritical systems management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in calibration validation and metering systems.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
