Description
- Lead calibration validation and maintenance of instrumentation and metering systems (e.g. Pressure/Temperature Transmitters densitometers turbine meters).
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety protocols and internal regulations (e.g. ePTW and manual PTW).
- Analyze metering data resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate measurement of crude oil and gas flow.
- Collaborate with operations maintenance and HSE teams to optimize performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on system performance and calibration outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead commissioning of new instrumentation systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Control Systems Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in instrumentation and metering systems preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with PLCs Gas Chromatography DBB valves and safetycritical systems management.
- Strong technical knowledge in calibration validation and metering systems.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with experience in managing teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
