Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Material Analyst to join our clients team in Kuala Lumpur. If you have experience in inventory management ERP systems (MAXIMO or SAP) and a passion for optimizing processes in the oil and gas industry we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and Materials Management:
- Plan manage and optimize inventory and materials to support operational needs.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements using ERP systems such as MAXIMO or SAP.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Conduct indepth data analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
- Generate reports and insights to drive operational improvements.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and ERP systems such as MAXIMO or SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English.
