Location: Marquette MI
Salary Range: $100000.00 $150000.00 annually

Position Overview
HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director for OB & NICU to lead and manage operations in a dynamic healthcare facility in Marquette MI. This role is ideal for a seasoned nursing leader passionate about driving excellence in maternal and neonatal care while fostering an environment of professional growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement department goals plans and standards aligned with clinical administrative legal and ethical organizational objectives.
- Direct and evaluate departmental operations ensuring compliance with performance quality control and organizational benchmarks.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee patient care delivery information technology utilization service level determination and compliance management.
- Prepare monitor and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure alignment with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal and external audits.
- Staff Development:
- Plan and oversee staffing activities including hiring orientation evaluation disciplinary actions and continuing education programs.
- Foster an environment encouraging professional growth and integrating evidencebased practices into clinical operations.
- Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate and work with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations within the broader healthcare system.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Masters Degree required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of RN experience with at least 5 years in OB or NICU.
- At least 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a unionized workforce is highly desirable.
