Director of Nursing
Location: Vancouver WA
Salary Range: $111000.00 $150000.00 annually

HireNow Staffing is seeking a Director of Nursing who is passionate patientcentric and dedicated to excellence in behavioral health to lead our clients nursing team in Vancouver Washington.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight:
- Supervise the nursing management team and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.
- Serve as a liaison between physicians patients referral sources and employees to maintain cohesive operations.
- Support and advance the organizations philosophy of care at the program and unit levels.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee staffing scheduling and daytoday nursing operations to ensure quality patient care.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on nursing performance patient outcomes and operational metrics.
- Team Development:
- Mentor and support nursing staff fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
- Promote evidencebased practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Licensure:
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience:
- Prior Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Health experience.
Preferred:
- Leadership experience in an Inpatient Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health setting.
