Are you a Dutch speaker with a passion for customer service Global BPO leader is hiring Dutchspeaking Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon Portugal. We are looking for dynamic individuals ready to provide toptier support to our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
In this role youll be responsible for delivering exceptional service addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Dutchspeaking customers via phone chat and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and helpful communication
- Record and track customer inquiries and feedback
Requirements:
- Nativelevel fluency in Dutch
- B2 English proficiency for internal communication
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon immediately
