The GSE and Tooling Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining ground support equipment (GSE) and tools to ensure they meet regulatory and safety standards. This role involves overseeing inventory, conducting maintenance, and ensuring availability to support aircraft operations. The position also includes liaising with regulatory authorities and coordinating compliance efforts while fostering collaboration with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
An aviation-related diploma or a bachelor’s degree in aviation management or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of pilot training or an administrative role, preferably in the aviation industry.
Knowledge of GACAR regulations.
Experience operating NAV Blue system or related aviation systems.
Strong data management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with relevant industry associations and regulatory (GACA) bodies.
Ensure that flyadeal policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements.
Provide support during regulatory audits and inspections, acting as a liaison between the airline and regulatory representatives.
Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by regulatory authorities.
