Job Description
Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST) with working hours of 8 to 9 hours per day

About the Company:
Sagan represents a company specializing in managing projects for fire sprinkler installations. This organization emphasizes agility in handling diverse projects client communication and effective collaboration across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion. This role includes managing project managers liaising with clients coordinating with internal teams and tracking KPIs to drive project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to four project managers across various projects.
- Oversee communication with clients general contractors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project status handle change orders and ensure timely progress payments.
- Track and optimize KPIs for project success.
- Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com and Trello.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management within fire sprinklers construction or HVAC.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Familiarity with reading construction plans and managing field operations.
- knowledge or notions of agile systems in project management
Nice to Haves:
- Field supervision experience.
- Effective communication across email messaging and calls.
- Training and mentoring team members.
