Job Description

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay

The Storeroom Attendant is responsible in monitoring releasing recording of inventory and F&B items and General Supplies from various requesting departments. Compile records of all documents pertaining to storekeeping and other related job.

  • To receive all storeroom items and physically examine and approve the actual goods for quantity quality weight price expiry dates etc. and verifies that supplies received are listed on purchase requisitions
  • Release/Issues and encode/post daily Stock Requisitions in Business Central and submit to Cost Control Supervisor for review.
  • Responsible for maintaining a perpetual inventory records and submits the daily Storeroom Requisition Slip and Receiving Reports with complete supporting documents.
  • Ensures that all goods are strictly issued on a FirstIn / First Out basis
  • Responsible for appropriate tagging / labeling per item location
  • Record all outgoing / incoming empty bottles and submit the Monthly Bottle Exchange Report every monthend to the Cost Controller
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the Storeroom Supervisor / Cost Controller/ Financial Controller

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business related courses
  • At least 23 years of related job experience
  • Knowledge in storekeeping and basic bookkeeping
  • Good communication skills
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work in Boracay
