Job Title: Paid Media Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for developing managing and optimizing client campaigns across search social display and video advertising platforms. The role requires expertise in driving measurable results creative problemsolving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Advertising:

  • Build manage and optimize campaigns using Google Ads YouTube and Display platforms.
  • Implement tailored strategies to achieve campaignspecific goals.

Social Media Advertising:

  • Build & Optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Collaborate on creative development central to impactful campaigns.

Marketing Strategy & Analysis:

  • Apply insights into human buying behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop compelling marketing copy and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimizations.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure campaigns adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
  • Document and refine processes for campaign creation monitoring and analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads and similar platforms.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to tailor campaigns to specific goals.
  • High attention to detail and quality control.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with platforms like Microsoft Ads NextDoor or programmatic display.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Canva for visual content creation.
  • Background in medical or dental marketing.
