Job Title: SEBI Compliance Officer
Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle East)
Job Type: FullTime
Salary: 57 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure compliance with SEBI and stock exchange regulations.
Oversee income tax filings and other statutory requirements.
Handle ROCrelated processes effectively.
Maintain and update accounting records specific to a stock broking firm.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Inter CA or a Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.
34 years of experience preferably in a stock broking firm.
Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
