Handyperson

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Handyperson on a 2month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 17.48 22.63 per Hour

Responsibilities:

• To carry out to the highest standard all aspects of repairs / renewal work to items in various trades such as ground works carpentry plumbing glazing and finishing trades painting & decorating plastering / tiling
• Undertake a broad range of multiskilled repair activities outside of the basic multitrade skills to provide a comprehensive communal repairs service.

Requirements:

• General building maintenance experience to work with or without supervision
• Health and safety legislation knowledge
• Experience and ability to work in a customer facing role
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
