Job Description
Our clients company a fastgrowing leader in the pet supply industry specializes in highquality treats toys and gear for dogs. They are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Swing Shift to join their production team contributing to the efficient manufacturing of their products.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including standing bending and reaching for the duration of the shift.
- Lift and carry up to 65 pounds independently.
- Read and interpret work specifications following directions provided in English.
- Use tools such as box cutters and measure products accurately using scales in ounces pounds and grams.
- Perform basic math calculations and ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality for the MondayFriday swing shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM).
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds independently and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Reliable attendance punctuality and a motivated work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions in English.
