Job Description
Our clients company a fastgrowing leader in the pet supply industry is dedicated to creating premium treats toys and gear for dogs. With a focus on innovation and fostering an inclusive workplace culture they provide employees with autonomy and opportunities for growth. They are currently seeking a Swing Shift Production Associate to join their manufacturing team contributing to the production of highquality pet products.
Responsibilities
- Perform semiskilled tasks under limited supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Lift and carry up to 65 pounds independently.
- Stand bend reach and perform repetitive physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Read and follow work specifications and instructions provided in English.
- Use tools such as box cutters and measure products with scales in units of ounces pounds and grams.
- Perform basic math calculations to meet product specifications.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality for the MondayFriday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
Qualifications
- Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds independently and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a safetyconscious mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
- Reliable attendance punctuality and a motivated work ethic.
- Proficiency in following instructions provided in English.
