This exclusive opportunity is available to finalyear students majoring in:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Management Office Management System and Business Administration.
What Were Looking For:
- Current student or recent Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Management Office Management System and Business Administration.
- Year 2025 available internships placement
- Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities.
- Possessed good knowledge and tactical skill in each study area.
- A passion for area of study and Oil & Gas Industry.
Tasks:
Recruiter
- Assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings.
- Managing candidate records and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collecting CV and update in Elsa database
- Preparing job descriptions and updating career portals
- CV conversion
- Creating content to promote job opportunities and the company culture.
- To properly do research of market potential for new business such as Data Centre industry
Learning & Development
- Assisting with internal training sessions for new hiring practices.
- Gaining exposure to diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies in hiring.
Operation
- Supporting procurement processes by researching suppliers and comparing costs
- Draft agreement for consultant
- Helping for onboarding process (booking for accommodations transportation copper booking etc)
- Assist on the documenting follow standard Elsa talent SOP.
Learning and Development
- Attending workshops or training sessions to understand operational strategies.
- Gaining exposure to crossfunctional collaboration and leadership skills.
