Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Director of Logistics to join the Logistics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
- Lead foodpanda strategy design.
- Lead highpriority operational projects to deliver major cost efficiencies.
- Execute projects with the local and the global teams to their maximal potential.
- Lead growth and empower a team of highly motivated individuals.
- Take ownership of performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our fleet and riders relationships.
- Optimize and structure the process to run a highly efficient fleet management system.
- Handson approach and desire to dive deep into details to better understand and shape solutions to our daily operational issue.
- Build a strong functional expertise.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from a top institution with an outstanding degree in business economics or engineering.
- 1015 years of Solid track record in Operations Management.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated management & team development skills.
- Highly analytical datadriven & with a keen eye on process improvement.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce/emarketplaces is not a necessity but a very strong advantage.
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects in a selfstructured and wellprioritized way.
- Driven proactive and selfmotivated to be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies in this constantly evolving industry.
