Training Delivery:
Conduct inperson and virtual training sessions for new vendors on the use of tablets and the vendor portal.
Demonstrate the functionalities and features of the tablet and vendor portal ensuring vendors understand how to perform essential tasks (Order processing & modification item unavailable NS update invoice clarity resto portal login etc)
Vendor Support:
Provide ongoing support to vendors posttraining to address any questions or issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to tablet operations and the vendor portal.
Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for vendor reference.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from vendors on the training process and materials.
Continuously assess and improve training programs based on vendor feedback
Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and changes to the tablet and portal.
Training Materials Development:
Develop and update training manuals user guides video tutorials and other educational materials.
Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different vendor groups.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions and vendor attendance.
Prepare reports on training activities and vendor performance posttraining.
