You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLead the planning execution and closing of IT projects in accordance with project management best practices and methodologies.
Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets and track progress against these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate and communicate with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project.
Monitor and control project budgets resources and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
Manage project documentation including project charters requirements documents change requests and status reports.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress issues and risks.
Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement within the project team.
Ensure that projects adhere to organisational policies procedures and quality standards.
Lead postproject reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.
Qualifications :
Project Management qualifications such as AgilePM Scrum PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
Proven experience as an IT project manager managing complex projects with crossfunctional teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and make datadriven decisions.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project JIRA etc.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments.
