What Youll Do
As our Customer Insights Intern youll play a crucial role in shaping our understanding of the pharma market. Heres what you can expect:
Create Engaging Surveys: Design clear relevant surveys using Qualtrics to gather feedback on event themes and speaker preferences.
Analyze Data That Matters: Dig into survey results from Qualtrics and Explori to uncover customer behaviors and market trends.
Craft Compelling Reports: Turn data into actionable insights with eyecatching visualizations.
Explore Market Dynamics: Help us understand our market competitors and customer segments.
Keep an Eye on Competitors: Monitor competitor events and identify ways we can stand out.
Track Social Media Trends: Find influential voices in pharma and analyze their impact.
Contribute to Key Projects: Help with customer segmentation product positioning and marketing strategies.
Master Essential Tools: Get handson experience with Excel Power BI and other analytical software.
Work Across Teams: Collaborate with marketing and sales to align insights with our goals.
Never Stop Learning: Participate in training sessions and stay uptodate with industry trends.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Help with admin tasks like purchase orders and event logistics.
Qualifications :

Additional Information :
This is an opportunity for 36 months based on availability.
Please note that as an intern you will be provided with guidance and supervision and your contributions will be valuable in supporting the lead generation teams efforts. Your role will focus on assisting with various tasks related to lead generation and campaign execution.
