Responsibilities:
- Product Vision Strategy
- Define and communicate the product vision roadmap and goals for ServiceNow solutions tailored to telecom B2B business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements translating telecom specific challenges into actionable user stories and features Backlog Management
- Own and manage the product backlog ensuring it is well groomed prioritized and aligned with business and telecom B2B needs
- Define acceptance criteria validate delivered features and ensure they meet quality standards Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between telecom business stakeholders enterprise architects ServiceNow development teams and ServiceNow architects
- Work closely with stakeholders in Germany to gather inputs manage expectations and align solutions with regional and global objectives
- ServiceNow Expertise in Telecom Leverage expertise in ServiceNow particularly TMT and OMT modules to guide solution design and implementation for telecom B2B processes
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow s telecom specific capabilities best practices and industry trends to maximize value
- Ensure ServiceNow implementation is more aligned to and use out of the box features provided by ServiceNow platform and telco modules Agile Leadership
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of sprints
- Lead product increment planning sprint planning backlog refinement and review sessions to achieve timely delivery Risk Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and issues early working proactively with teams to mitigate and resolve them
- Ensure delivered solutions comply with governance security and compliance standards particularly in a telco B2B and Germany context Key
Qualifications
- Experience 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferably in telecom industry projects
- Knowledge and experience about telco B2B business will be preferred Proven experience in delivering end to end ServiceNow solutions e g ITSM ITOM TMT OMT HRSD SecOps CSM etc
- Hands on experience working with international stakeholders particularly in Germany or Europe Skills
- Expertise Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform modules especially TMT and OMT and their applications in telecom business processes
- Familiarity with telecom specific challenges such as order management service delivery and operational efficiencies in B2B contexts
- Expertise in Agile frameworks Scrum SAFe and tools JIRA DevOps etc
- Excellent stakeholder management collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex telecom business requirements into actionable technical tasks
Qualifications :
- Certifications Preferred Certified ServiceNow System Administrator CSA Certified
- Scrum Product Owner CSPO or equivalent
- Education o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
