Position Summary
The Key account manager is responsable for several big vehicle accounts he/she is to achive sales growth target through customer relationship management lead generation opportunity development RFQ handling contract negotiation etc.
Essential Functions
- Define monitor and review account strategy for assigned key accounts longterm growth target per key account and budgeting targets for KA
- Protects and grows business at key account according to targets drives sales activities to serve the key accounts needs and interact with global KAM
- Responsible for price management commercial terms (shipping payment contracts etc.) and engineering change requests facilitate commercial reviews with key accounts
- Identify technical challenges promote innovation coordinate development and drive customer adoption of solutions
- Manage customer projects supports customer complaints and provide field service and support
- Coordinate team to increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in Key Account Management or Sales or Business development preferably experienced in Automotive Industry including OEM or Tire1 / Tier2
- University Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. in Engineering) combined with relevant technical experience
- Profound experience with sales of technical products requiring indepth explanations
- Competency in management of key accounts and associated networking
- Experience in the Vehicle industry (Tier Supplier) is a major plus
- Strong commercial acumen understanding of a P&L high affinity for numbers proficiency in Excel great analytical skills
- Business Proficiency in English (oral and written communication skills)
