CEDA is looking for a Training Administrator based out of our Edmonton Alberta office. This position is to help support our 2025 Turnaround season.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate new employee onboarding. You will organize and schedule employee orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- You will maintain accurate records by overseeing recordkeeping tasks with a focus on data integrity ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
- Serving as the main point of contact for new hire inquiries assisting with orientationrelated questions documenting HSE training and other onboarding procedures
- Supporting various administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
- All other administrative duties as required
Role Specifications:
- 12 years administration experience
- Prior training experience would be an asset
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to pick up new systems
