Job Description

CEDA is looking for a Training Administrator based out of our Edmonton Alberta office. This position is to help support our 2025 Turnaround season.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help coordinate new employee onboarding. You will organize and schedule employee orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • You will maintain accurate records by overseeing recordkeeping tasks with a focus on data integrity ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Serving as the main point of contact for new hire inquiries assisting with orientationrelated questions documenting HSE training and other onboarding procedures
  • Supporting various administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
  • All other administrative duties as required

 

Role Specifications:

  • 12 years administration experience
  • Prior training experience would be an asset
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to pick up new systems

  • You have wellhoned organizational and time management skills and the ability to be flexible to changing and sometimes shortlead time needs of the organization
