Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and capable individual to join John Crane as a Channel Partners Sales Representative. Become a key player in managing our business partners across Eastern Europe!

What will you be responsible for

Sales Support and Partner Collaboration:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of thirdparty distributors and sellers of our products.
  • Establishing the sales agent model within Eastern Europe.
  • Actively managing the performance of channel partners including setting KPIs evaluating results and implementing improvement plans.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all channel partners in the region.
  • Maintaining effective communication between internal teams (Customer Service Finance Engineering etc.) and external partners.
  • Providing uptodate information regarding orders pricing deliveries technical specifications and documentation.

Analysis and Planning:

  • Forecasting partner performance and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Preparing business cases (quantitative and qualitative input alignment with Finance preparation of offers) and monitoring their fulfillment.
  • Managing channel partnerrelated plans and budgets to support strategic objectives.

Improvement and Training:

  • Organizing product and service training sessions for channel partners and their representatives.
  • Actively engaging in projects focused on continuous improvement of partnerrelated processes and activities.

Problem Solving and Quality Assurance:

  • Participating in the resolution of complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to health safety and environmental policies in compliance with global and local regulations.

What do we expect from you

  • Education: University degree ideally in engineering or a technical field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing thirdparty performance preparing business cases and defining commercial conditions.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
    • Project management skills to turn analyses into actionable plans.
    • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    • Knowledge of SAP CRM and technical tools (e.g. CAD SharePoint).
